Below you will find what our clients have to say about their experience with Kelleran Custom Homes. We would like to thank these wonderful customers for sharing their experiences.
"We've been in our beautiful Kelleran Home for eight years. Brad Kelleran made the experience a great pleasure for us. So, when we decided to turn a small deck into a solarium and to finish our basement, he was the obvious choice. It wouldn't be a Kelleran Custom Home without the help and guidance of Brad and we wouldn't have it any other way."

"Our family spent 15 years in a Kelleran Custom Home in Woodinville. It was a wonderful place where we had fun raising three active boys with all their friends in tow. When the children were grown and gone it was time for something a little different and Brad Kelleran was the person that made my dream a reality. All of the people I worked with during construction were so helpful and Brad was always there to make sure everything was done well and to meet my needs. It was a great experience. I thank Brad for helping me create this beautiful home that is a true sanctuary for me and a happy gathering place when friends and family come calling."

"Selecting a General Contractor for planning and constructing a residence was one of the most difficult tasks we have undertaken. During our work careers, we moved over thirty times and searching for and buying or renting gave us considerable experience in what we wanted for our retirement home, but we had no experience in new construction. After nearly six months of searching we could not find a house for sale that met our expectations. We finally saw a lot for sale by Kelleran Custom Homes that looked promising so we decided to meet with Brad Kelleran to explore our options.
After several meetings it became apparent that we could achieve our objectives with new construction on a lot that we liked. We had significant concerns at that point, having heard many stories about problems with new construction and working with contractors. So, we started a process to ensure that Brad was a contractor we could work with and trust with this kind of responsibility. We contacted the local Builder’s Association to check on his standing and reputation. We also called the State License agency to check on his contractor’s license and whether he had any outstanding complaints. Both reports were favorable. Next, we asked to see some of his past construction jobs.
Brad took us through several of his recently built homes in our area and we had the opportunity to meet his customers. We were impressed with the quality of the work and most of all by the relationship he had with the owners. Customers who have been in their new home for a while and are proud to show it to others and treat their general contractor like a member of their family are clearly satisfied!
We signed the contract and started design work in January of 1998. Since we used Brad’s Residential Designer instead of an Architect, Brad participated in the entire design process and provided the necessary perspective to make our dreams became reality. We started work in April and moved in 14 months later. Brad was on top of construction issues every step of the way and we saw him several times a week as we participated in the many decisions required to build a custom home. We met with him on a monthly basis to go over the costs and settle accounts. Our home was completed on schedule as adjusted for weather and other unanticipated problems and on cost as adjusted for the upgrades we requested during the process.
We have been in our home for nearly five years and enjoy it every day as if it were new. We, like the other customers we visited before we started, consider Brad a member of our family and welcome him and his potential customers in our home at any time."
