Finally – the fun part of the project! Once construction is underway it will generally take from six to nine months to complete your Kelleran Custom Home. Throughout the course of the project your builder will be accessible to you, to review progress and keep you aware of the timeline so you will have adequate time to consider your choices before a decision deadline. Monthly cost reports and invoice copies are provided to keep you updated on your budget vs. actual expenditures, reflecting any changes from the original plan. This is extremely helpful toward making informed decisions. Construction funds are disbursed monthly by your lender on a percent-of-completion basis.

Materials and installation are supervised each step of the way to insure that the finial finish is more than cosmetic – quality to the core.
